Yellow

Yellow Tea (黃茶, Huáng Chá, "Yellow Tea") is more oxidized than Green Tea, less oxidized than Oolong tea, and processed in a variety of ways, often involving prolonged withering. The result is Yellow in leaf and liquor, with a drier mouthfeel and warmer Qi than Green Tea.
